Personal Experience

I have been the Managing Director of a web design agency for the past 5 years. During that time, I have overseen the growth of the agency from a small team of 5 people to a full-service agency with over 20 employees. I have also been responsible for developing and implementing the agency's strategic plan, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

Here are some of the key aspects of my personal experience as Managing Director of a web design agency:

• Overseeing the financial aspects of the business. This includes things like budgeting, accounting, and taxes. It is important for me to have a good understanding of the financial side of the business so that I can make sound decisions that will help the agency grow and succeed.
